Guess what Victoria Beckham presented to her dear hubby on his 38th birthday. The singer turned fashion Designer has publicised the fact that she has gifted a tattoo voucher to footballer David Beckham on his birthday in May so that he could add to his vast collection of tattoos. What is a better present for a lover of tattoos from his wife?
She was heard saying” not that he needs another tattoo “to the New York times. David flaunts a number of tattoos on his body, his favourites being an ode to his four children; his sons Brooklyn, 14, Cruz, 8, Romeo, 14, and daughter Harper, 2, and his wife’s name written in Hindi all across his forearm. Harper has been scripted on his left collar bone and a design of Jesus Christ who is being carried by three cherubs is dedicated to his sons. The black and white image of Jesus which is inked on the right side is based on a painting known as the Man of Sorrows drawn by Catholic artist Matthew R. Brooks. There is an angel at the back which has very philosophical words “in the face of adversity” while a different tattoo also has the bible verse recited in Hebrew language.
Brooklyn’s name is scripted across his lower back; Romeo has a place at the base of his neck and Crux across the middle of his back. His son’s names are also inked in Hindi.
David really loves these tattoos and considers them to be very special to him as it is related to his children. He recently admitted that these tattoos were his favourite. David has 32 tattoos drawn all across his body mainly on his arms, upper chest and back portion.
Victoria told the New York Times that it was not that he needed another tattoo. She also brought him a collection of Beckham’s favourite Ralph Lauren T shirts. She also added that she was trying to get back to the world of music to make up her career. Victoria longs to create and design beautiful clothes which are of good quality which she would like to wear herself. She is careerist and still working.
