Where can one a butterfly tattoo on NY on a reasonable price?

Hey pals, I live in NYC and I plan to get a butterfly tattoo done on my butt crack. I have heard that while getting tattoos inked it really hurts, is it true or people are liars? Can anyone tell me where can I get it done in NYC at reasonable prices? I don’t want to spend much on my butt tattoo keeping in mind its audience.
